"Susan B. Anthony" to tee off golf scramble
Rochester, NY - "Susan B. Anthony" will kick off the start of the Susan B. Anthony House's 6th Annual Golf Scramble at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 2003 at Victor Hills Golf Course.
Anthony - portrayed by Barbara Blaisdell - will greet golfers in the morning and then tee off at 9:30 a.m. The golf course is located on Brace Road in Victor, NY.
She will be joined by News 8 Now's Chief Meteorologist Scott Hetsko, who will MC the event.

The golf scramble is one of the biggest fund-raisers for The Susan B. Anthony House.
The Susan B. Anthony House was Anthony's home during the most politically active period of her life and the site of her famous arrest for voting in 1872. Anthony' story of courage and determination has been told and re-told to visitors for more than 50 years. The Susan B. Anthony House is supported primarily through the contributions of its members.
